My Story
Have you ever stumbled upon something and found yourself utterly captivated by it? That's precisely how my artistic journey unfolded. While I've always had a penchant for creating, it was the moment I first touched clay that I truly discovered my passion for ceramics. Despite the inherent challenges of the craft—its meticulous, time-consuming nature, and occasional frustrations—I found an indescribable fulfillment in the process.

Ceramics became more than just an artistic pursuit; it evolved into a form of meditation, a therapeutic outlet woven into the fabric of my life. Through its tactile nature, I found solace in working through difficult emotions and navigating life's hardships.

As the years passed and I honed my craft, developing my unique style and continuously refining my technique, I found myself overwhelmed with gratitude for having discovered this passion and having the opportunity to pursue it professionally. It's a journey of perpetual growth and learning, one that I am endlessly thankful to God for.
Inspiration
As for inspiration, my work is deeply influenced by the bumblebee. My fascination with bees blossomed during my time with Mary Kay, where I learned the profound lesson: "Aerodynamically, the bumblebee shouldn't be able to fly, but the bumblebee doesn't know it, so it goes on flying anyway" (Mary Kay Ash). To me, the bee symbolizes resilience and the ability to achieve the impossible by the grace of God. It's no wonder that my favorite pieces, the ones that bring me the most joy to create, all weave back to the bumblebee motif, serving as a reminder of the beauty and possibility found in perseverance.
