The Full Story

About Me

Hi, I’m Casey Zeiler—the artist behind the work you see here. Whether you’re shopping for bold, high-quality pottery, scheduling your next lesson, or just curious about the face behind the clay—welcome.

Each piece I create is crafted with care and intention. My work is made to help you curate a home that reflects your personality—bright, meaningful, and one-of-a-kind. If you love bold design, sustainable choices, and functional art that actually sparks joy, you’re in the right place.

Experience

I discovered ceramics in school and instantly fell in love. That love has lasted nine years (and counting), with the last six spent focused on wheel-thrown pottery. Two years ago, I started teaching—something I never thought I’d do, but now can't imagine my studio without. Helping students create pieces they didn’t think were possible has been one of the greatest joys of this journey.

Inspiration

Much of my inspiration comes from the bumblebee. That spark began with a quote I heard during my time with Mary Kay:
“Aerodynamically, the bumblebee shouldn’t be able to fly. But the bumblebee doesn’t know it, so it flies anyway.” —Mary Kay Ash
To me, bees symbolize resilience and the quiet miracle of doing the impossible—by God’s grace. Some of my most joyful pieces feature the bee motif as a reminder to keep going, even when it doesn’t make sense on paper.

On the other end of the spectrum: the octopus. Intelligent, strange, and mesmerizing—my cephalopod pieces require hours of detailed handwork, especially the individually attached suction cups. They're challenging, but oh-so-worth it.

Outside of those themes, I love experimenting—pushing forms, playing with color, and creating pieces that are both functional and sculptural. You’ll find a lot of bright, happy hues in my work… that’s not an accident.

Mission

My mission is to help you ditch the disposable and upgrade your everyday with handcrafted pieces that mean something. Around here, we believe your home should reflect you—bold, bright, and beautifully intentional.

Vision

To build a God-centered studio that inspires creativity, supports mental well-being, and cultivates authentic community. I envision a space where people grow in confidence, find healing through the process of making, and leave feeling more connected—to themselves, to others, and to their Creator.
