Why are you taking my credit card information during booking if I need to pay with cash for my lesson?

• Credit card information is collected for the sole purpose of cancellation and no-show fees. More details can be found on our policies page. 

​What lesson should I take first?

• Whichever you want! It depends on what you want to make and where your interest lies. 

​Where are you located?

• The Park Trades Center downtown Kalamazoo. A detailed email will be sent to you closer to your lesson date with more specific details about the location and parking. 

Can someone under the age of 18 take a lesson with you? 

• Yes, but a parent or guardian has to be present at the lesson. 

​What should I wear?

• Please wear closed-toed shoes, and avoid any white or light-colored clothing. Clay does wash out. 

Do I need to bring anything? 

• No, not unless otherwise stated. Everything for your lesson will be provided. 

When will the ceramic pieces I made in our lesson be done?

• The process usually takes a few weeks, and you will be notified via text or email when they are ready for pickup.
