Cancellation Policy
​1. Lesson Cancellation & Rescheduling - To cancel or reschedule, please get in touch with us 24 hours or more in advance. - If cancellation or rescheduling is required less than 24 hours before the session, the client will be charged a 20% fee of their quoted price. ​ - If cancellation or rescheduling is done within an hour before the scheduled time, the client will be charged a 50% fee of their quoted price. - These are non-refundable fees 2. No-Show Policy - If the client does not show up for their scheduled lesson, the client will be charged a 50% fee of their quoted price. 3. Teacher Cancellation & Rescheduling - If for any reason the teacher must cancel or reschedule, no fees will be charged to the client. All fees will be charged within 2 business days of the scheduled lesson.Â
